and fix digital
products.

I help startups and businesses bring structure to delivery, product execution, and digital operations — without the cost of a full-time PM. I've built platforms from zero, managed enterprise delivery, and solved operational chaos across multiple industries.

Why businesses call me

Real problems I solve.

Most early-stage companies don't need a full-time PM. They need someone who's seen enough to know what's going wrong and how to fix it fast.

01
The dev agency is building the wrong thing

You hired a dev shop. They're delivering. But every sprint feels off. The product is technically correct and practically useless.

→ I step in as the PM layer between you and the agency.

02
No one owns the product roadmap

Ideas are everywhere. Prioritisation is whoever's loudest in the room. The team keeps shipping features while the core still breaks.

→ I build and own the roadmap with you until you don't need me.

03
You're picking a tech vendor blind

Sales decks all look the same. You can't evaluate what you can't build yourself. One wrong call costs 12 months and significant money.

→ I run requirements and vendor evaluation you can actually trust.

04
E-commerce operations are held together with spreadsheets

You've grown past manual processes but haven't bought systems yet. Returns are manual. Inventory has two versions. Reconciliation is painful.

→ I map the gaps and spec what you actually need to buy or build.

05
You want to launch a loyalty or gift card program

Everyone's doing it. But most programs fail in the first 6 months because the vendor oversold and the internal team was never equipped to run it.

→ I've built one of these. I can walk you through it properly.

06
Requirements are unclear and nothing ever passes UAT

The BRDs are either too vague or written in a language devs can't read. Every delivery leads to rework. Timelines are fiction.

→ I write BRDs that development teams can actually build from.

Services

Three ways to work with me.

Each one is scoped to a real problem. No vague "strategy consulting." No retainer that turns into email threads.

Fractional PM

I own your product while you focus on growth

Best for early-stage startups and D2C brands that have a dev team but no one pulling the product together. I work 15–20 hours a week, embedded in your process.

  • Sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Stakeholder and dev team alignment
  • Roadmap with real prioritisation logic
  • Weekly progress reporting
  • Risk identification before they blow up

₹75K – ₹1.2L / month retainer

E-commerce & BA

Requirements and process work you can actually use

For D2C brands, marketplace sellers, and digital agencies that need someone to translate "what we want" into "what we need to build." Project-based, clean scope.

  • BRD or FRD for a specific feature or system
  • Process mapping and gap analysis
  • Tech vendor shortlisting and evaluation
  • UAT planning and sign-off support
  • Platform migration scoping

₹40K – ₹60K / engagement

Loyalty & Gift Card

Strategy to platform scoping for loyalty programs

For retail chains, fintech companies, and banks exploring or rebuilding loyalty and gift card capabilities. I've built this. I won't sell you something I haven't done myself.

  • Program strategy and business case
  • Platform scoping and vendor evaluation
  • RFP drafting and vendor response review
  • Implementation oversight and handoff
  • Go-live readiness review

₹1L – ₹2L / project

Selected work

Built things. Shipped things.

Work across industries where I've owned delivery end-to-end, not just advised from the side.

Stellr · Gift Card & Loyalty

Building a gift card activation platform from scratch

0 → 1

Stellr needed a gift card activation platform that didn't exist yet. No reference system, no inherited codebase, no playbook. I joined as PM responsible for getting this from idea to working product in production.

The work involved defining the entire product scope, working with engineering on architecture tradeoffs, managing a multi-stakeholder environment with ops, finance, and retail partners, and building the activation and redemption flows that the business would run on.

The harder part wasn't the platform itself. It was creating the operational processes around it — reconciliation workflows, exception handling, partner onboarding documentation — the invisible layer that makes a technical platform actually usable at scale.

Automobile · Solera

PM for automotive software digitisation across global markets

Three years as PM on Solera's automotive claims and estimating software. Worked across enterprise clients in a compliance-heavy, data-sensitive environment where precision in requirements meant fewer expensive reworks downstream.

Enterprise SaaS · Nagarro

Delivery management on Salesforce transformation programs

Managing delivery for enterprise CRM and Salesforce implementations across global clients. Bridging the gap between technical execution and stakeholder expectations in high-visibility, multi-timezone programs.

E-commerce

Operations and systems work across D2C and marketplace platforms

Three years in e-commerce spanning platform builds, catalogue management systems, order management, and the process work that keeps high-SKU operations from breaking as they scale.

Business Analysis

10 years of turning ambiguous requirements into things teams can build

The through-line across every industry. BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, UAT plans. The documentation that gets written once and saves weeks of rework downstream.

Started career

I've worked across enough industries to know what's universal.

Most PM problems look the same regardless of industry. Requirements that aren't really requirements. Timelines built on optimism. Vendors who undersell complexity. I've seen this pattern in auto, fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise SaaS.

My strength isn't deep technical expertise in any one domain. It's cross-domain pattern recognition — knowing where things typically go wrong and having the stakeholder management skills to stop it before it does. I pair that with the documentation rigour of someone who started as a BA: if it's not written clearly, it won't get built correctly.

Currently: Delivery Manager at Nagarro SE. Concurrently doing Executive MBA at FMS Delhi. Based in Delhi/NCR, working remotely.

How it works

From first call to first deliverable.

I don't do long discovery phases that cost money before anything happens. Here's exactly what working together looks like.

01

30-minute call — no pitch

You tell me what's broken or what you want to build. I ask the questions that matter. We both figure out if this is the right fit. No pressure, no sales deck.

02

Scoped proposal in 48 hours

Based on the call, I send a short proposal: what I'll do, what I'll deliver, what it costs, how long it takes. No surprises.

03

First deliverable within 2 weeks

I don't believe in long ramp-up periods. In the first two weeks, you should have something concrete — a document, a plan, a framework — that you can act on.

04

Monthly check-ins and course correction

For retainer engagements, we review scope and progress every month. You can scale up, scale down, or end it cleanly. No lock-in contracts.

Get in touch

Let's fix what's slowing your product down.

Whether you're struggling with unclear requirements, delivery chaos, vendor confusion, or scaling operations — I can help bring structure and execution clarity.
